Let’s make Wednesday bright, shall we?

I’m feeling all sorts of happy today, I just can’t help it.  The week is half-way over, the sun is finally shining, my winter coat has at last been banished to the back of closet, anddd… there’s something else.

Tomorrow, May 8th?  It’s my birthday yo!

So before we celebrate my big day with a crazy amazing cake you’re gonna totally flip for (coming tomm!) let’s amp up the healthy with this salad, k?
